bat2888 Terms and Conditions – Pakistan Gaming Platform

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and bat2888 ("bat2888", "we", "us", "the platform"). By registering an account on bat2888, logging in, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use bat2888. Using the platform after these Terms have been updated constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. bat2888 recommends that all players re-read these Terms periodically, as they may be updated from time to time. To register and use bat2888, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bat2888 account login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. bat2888 will never ask for your password via chat, email, or phone. If you receive a message asking for your password, treat it as a phishing attempt and report it to bat2888 support immediately.

• Do not share your account access with any other person under any circumstances.

• Notify bat2888 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

bat2888 accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to follow reasonable security practices as described above.

One Account Per Person

bat2888 enforces a strict one-account-per-person policy. Multiple accounts held by the same individual — whether under the same or different names, mobile numbers, or payment methods — will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any bonus balances. The bat2888 platform uses device fingerprinting, IP analysis, and payment method cross-referencing to detect duplicate accounts.

bat2888 processes all transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No foreign currency deposits or withdrawals are accepted. All transactions on the platform — deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals — are denominated and settled exclusively in PKR.

Accepted Payment Methods

Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit: Rs 200 (Rs 500 for IBFT and card deposits).
• Deposits are credited to your bat2888 wallet instantly for mobile wallet methods and within 1–5 minutes for IBFT transfers under normal conditions.
• bat2888 charges zero fees on deposits. Your bank or wallet provider may charge their own transfer fee — this is outside bat2888's control.
• Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and may result in account suspension.

Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal: Rs 50 for mobile wallets; Rs 500 for IBFT and card withdrawals.
• bat2888 processes withdrawal requests immediately upon submission for standard accounts. Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals typically complete in under 45 seconds.
• bat2888 charges zero fees on withdrawals. Card withdrawals are subject to the card network's own processing timeline (1–3 business days).
• Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible. For card deposits, the withdrawal must return to the same card.
• bat2888 reserves the right to request identity verification before processing withdrawal requests above a certain threshold or where suspicious activity is detected. This is a one-time process for eligible accounts.

General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are credited to a designated bonus balance within your bat2888 wallet and are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Wagering requirements, where applicable, will be clearly stated in the promotion details. bat2888 does not run promotions with undisclosed conditions.
• Only one promotional bonus may be active at a time unless bat2888 specifies otherwise for a particular offer.
• bat2888 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus offer at any time. Active bonuses in progress will be honoured under the terms at the time they were claimed.
• Bonuses may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to another player.

VIP Club Cashback

The bat2888 VIP Club pays weekly cashback on net losses to members across five tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Weekly cashback is calculated on Monday of each week based on the previous seven days' net activity and credited to your bat2888 wallet directly in PKR with no wagering requirement attached. The cashback percentage for each tier is as stated in the VIP Club section of the bat2888 platform, which may be updated from time to time.

All games available on bat2888 — including but not limited to Ludo, Aviator, Crash Games, Baccarat, Andar Bahar, and any live dealer titles — operate under the specific game rules published within each game's interface and the general fair play standards set out in this section.

Random Number Generator (RNG)

Nothing in this section excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by bat2888's negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

bat2888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account if bat2888 reasonably believes that:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• The player has provided false registration information.
• The account has been used for fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
• The player is under 18 years of age.
• The account is subject to a self-exclusion request or is in breach of a previously agreed exclusion.
• Regulatory or legal obligations require bat2888 to restrict the account.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, bat2888 will notify the player via their registered contact details and provide a reasonable timeframe for the player to respond. Where a breach is confirmed, any real-money balance that is legitimately the player's (i.e. deposited funds not associated with fraudulent activity) will be returned to the originating payment method after investigation is complete. Bonus balances are forfeited upon account closure due to Terms breach.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their bat2888 account may do so by contacting support. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned within the standard withdrawal processing timeframe.
